Thank you Arlene Morgan

Arlene Morgan has been the NFT office manager for ten years. With Joe Morgan, she has been half of an unbeatable team dedicated to the health and well-being of the teachers in Novato's public schools. Arlene's passion for education, her attention to detail and extraordinary organizational skills are a few of the reasons why the Union has flourished in this past decade.

Novato's public school teachers owe Arlene Morgan a great debt of gratitude for her selfless dedication to public education and unfailing support of our Contract which protects teachers by providing fair compensation and effective working conditions.

As Arlene and Joe look forward to a life with a bit less stress and more biking adventures, we are reminded of what Indira Gandhi once said, "There are two kinds of people, those who do the work and those who take the credit. Try to be in the first group, there is less competition."

Thank you, Arlene, for your efforts to preserve and protect our Union rights. You have done the work, and the members of the Novato Federation of Teachers and Executive Board would like to give you the credit you so richly deserve.
